National Research Centre for OHS Regulation

The National Research Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (NRCOHSR) is funded by WorkCover New South Wales and WorkSafe Victoria to work to achieve excellence in OH&S research and regulation development. The NRCOHSR is a research centre within the Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) at the Australian National University (Canberra). The centre operates in association with the Socio-Legal Research Centre (SLRC) at Griffith University (Brisbane).

The Centre was funded by the National Occupational Health and Safety Commission (NOHSC) from 2001 to 2005, and by its replacement, the Australian Safety and Compensation Council (ASCC) from 2005 to 2007.
